About The Community
The Community of Harmony is co-developed by the partnership of Qualico Communities and Bordeaux Developments. The community launched in November of 2015 and is expected to be a 25 year build-out.

About Bordeaux Developments
Bordeaux Developments was established in 2001 as an integrated land and housing company with a difference. Bordeaux is a boutique land management firm that works collaboratively with land owners to realize their ideas, dreams and potential for their land. On October 2008, Bordeaux was successful in attaining land use redesignation for the 1,748 acres of land for Harmony. In 2014, Bordeaux partnered with Qualico Communities and formed a partnership to begin building the the project. Today, they co-manage Harmony, and the development of the community of Ranchers’ Rise at the Okotoks Air Ranch. www.bordeauxdevelopments.com
