The OAH is happy to introduce our inaugural South Beach Building staff:

The South Beach Building will be open from 9:00am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week, starting July 1 until September 5. Please note: these hours are weather dependent. The team will be onsite to facilitate member access, answer questions, clean and inspect the site, and to handle equipment rentals. Facilitating member access will include letting residents in and to help register residents in the new system once it is up and running (later this summer). This year we are excited to provide rentals of Stand up paddleboards (SUPs) & Kayaks. We also have some outdoor games available. The Rentals are free, but we do require signing a waiver with our lovely staff members before their use. Pop into the South Beach office and let us know what you need and how we can help!
If you have not already paid your 2022-23 annual OAH fee invoice, July 15th is the final deadline to be added to our Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) payment system. Your monthly payment will be doubled when withdrawn from your bank account on August 1st (to cover July and August payments). If you want to be added to our PAD system, please fill out this form, along with a photo of a “void” cheque, to email@example.com. Please email if you have any questions. Thank you.

Annual fee notices have now been sent to all owners in Harmony either by email or by mail. If you have not received your notice by Tuesday, June 7, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. More information on fees can be found here: https://harmonyowners.com/fee-payment/. OAH fees are due as of July 1 each year. The Board has set the rate of interest at 18% per annum (calculated and compounded monthly) on unpaid balances but will waive interest if payment is received on or before July 31. You are hereby notified that your voting and other membership privileges (including access to all amenities) will be suspended effective this August 1 if your fees remain overdue after July 31. If you need to make alternative arrangements for your OAH account, please email us at email@example.com prior to July 31, 2022. Thank you!
